Dear Keith, I am writing to thank you and your colleagues at Davey Auto Sales for the great service I received when I bought the 2003 Ford Focus. From coming on to your lot to driving away I was impressed by the courtesy and professionalism shown by everyone. The car is great, and exactly what I was looking for. There was one minor problem that surfaced with the windshield wipers, and your people dealt with it immediately. As you know, my son bought a similar car from you a few weeks later, and his experience has also been very positive. We are now a two-Focus family. My son and I recently purchased a 2003 Jeep TJ from Davey Auto Sales and just Wanted to pass on our recommendation of this car dealership and its great staff. We had been looking for a late model Jeep for a couple of months and when we visited Davey Motors we were very impressed with the quality of all the vehicles particularly the Jeep which looked like it had just rolled of the assembly line. FYI - We are very pleased with both vehicles we bought from Davey Auto Sales this year. Thought Brent was a terrific salesman but more importantly, we were really impressed with the service afterwards. Approximately 3 months ago my husband and I had to buy an new car. Although we had never been to "Davey's" before, the talk was that they were legit, and so, there we went. Our credit wasn't good, but Jeff's staff fought for us, and we got our new car, well, new to us. There were glitches and problems along the way, but "Davey's" met them all head on. The after purchase service was better still. From a females prospective, a dealer being honest, friendly, and not making me feel inadequate, goes a long way with me.
